Interior Designing
Simply put, interior designing is not only interior decoration but aspects of architecture and product design and environmental psychology are involved in the process of utilising the interior space creatively and elegantly. An interior designer has to keep in mind the client’s need while creating a conceptual design and come up with a final plan also known as final design document. It also involves review of the design. An interior designer has to interact with the architecture to understand the minute details about different aspects of the home. For example what kind of fittings is to be used in the bathroom in accordance with the mood of the owner? Over the years this field has become more specialized and employers give more importance to academic and professional background.
Eligibility for pursuing course in Interior Designing:
Generally, a minimum qualification for admission to a course i Interior Designing is 10+2 pass. At most of the institutes an entrance test comprising of testing your drawing and designing skills in conducted for admission.
