Eligibility for Civil Service

The basic qualification required to appear for the civil services is a bachelor’s degree from any recognized Indian University or equivalent in any stream. Those appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure for Civil Service

Selection is made on the basis of Preliminary (Paper I & II), Main Exam and Interview, conducted by Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi.
