UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION- Delhi holds a competitive exam in Dibang Valley for admission to the Army- Navy- Air Force Wings of the NDA & Naval Academy, two times a year, for the training sessions commencing in January and July. Conditions of Eligibility for Dibang Valley students:

- For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Cadet Entry Scheme) at Naval Academy: The Dibang Valley candidate must be 12th/ 10+2 pass with physics & mathematics conducted by a Dibang Valley Education Board or University.
